Work you'll do

As part of the Application Platform Support Team, you will help lead the technical coordination and provide critical guidance on key operational and maintenance activities to ensure stability of our client's applications and infrastructure. Specifically, you will be responsible in leading and managing the maintenance and upgrade coordination of our client's development, test, and production environments along with any additional O&M Support requests. You will also be expected to help mentor and grow junior practitioners on the team. Interested candidates should have an excellent understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), strong experience working in a technical environment as a project lead, strong project management experience, and excellent communication and facilitation skills.

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components
  • Strong Operations processes such as Incident, Defect, and Problem Management
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Strong ability to communicate detailed technical information to a non-technical personnel

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience leading medium to large sized project team with diverse technical skill sets

  • 5+ years of project management experience

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
