What you’ll be doing...

The engineer would interact on a daily basis with all equipment and construction engineers on the floor as well as our OEM vendors to make sure that we are all using the same equipment standards across all projects. Works with every member of the in-building team to make sure thatyou areproviding the right equipment engineering support. Work with all general contractors to ensure that equipment is released and picked up in a timely manner and also works with members of the different HQ teams to make sure we are providing the right input to influence standards being created that would impact the Market.

  • Implement new technology, designs, and best practices to the betterment of the entire Central Texas sub-market.
  • Review, approve, and make appropriate financial decisions commensurate with this Principal position.
  • Influence engineering designs to drive capital efficiencies for the entire Central Texas sub-market.
  • Implementing systematic improvement (processes, systems, standards, etc), providing technical guidance to the team of engineers to improve designs and purchase orders, and ultimately accepting/rejecting work produced by the team of engineers.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Technical RF and construction experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Thorough understanding of Samsung RAN equipment and installation practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with ATOLL, Fuze, Fuze Planning, Fuxe PO module, PeopleSoft, and Site Tracker.
  • Knowledge of construction and Maintenance Engineering standards.
