Manual Tester Solution Specialist

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- Perform functional integration testing of all integration points between the applications, components, and services
- Perform end-to-end testing where features and user stories are tested in their entirety
- Log, track, and manage defects from creation to resolution
- Perform defect investigation and root cause analysis
- Validate the technical and functional designs and business rules are detailed enough to begin test script creation
- Test automation execution
- Test automation script troubleshooting
- Manual regression and integration testing services (build & execute)
- Testing on ios & android handheld devices
- Testing and automation on Web Based and Desktop based applications
- Manual Test Design & Execution on ALM
The Team
Our Human Services Transformation team works to help transform how our Government and Public Services clients deliver their services to customers across a variety of channels such as walk-in, mail-in, call center, and self-service applications.
We deliver large, complex systems development and transformation projects to Human Service agencies at the federal, state, and local government level enabling us to collaborate with clients who serve those most in need. Budget constraints paired with increased demand for human services have challenged our clients to find efficiencies, do "more with less," and rethink the way they deliver services.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Public Sector offerings such as:
- Health and Human Services (Integrated Eligibility, Child Care, Child Welfare, Child Support, Long Term Care, etc.)
- Unemployment Insurance
- Unemployment Compensation
- Transportation
- Ability to perform functional integration testing of all integration points between the applications, components, and services
- Perform end-to-end manual testing where features and user stories are tested in their entirety
- Log, track, and manage defects from creation to resolution
- Perform defect investigation and root cause analysis
- Validate the technical and functional designs and business rules are detailed enough to begin test script creation
- Manual regression and integration testing services (build & execute)
- Manual Test Design & Execution on ALM
- Integrated eligibility or State application experience
- Must be willing to live and work in one of the following areas: Lake Mary, FL, Mechanicsburg, PA
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Travel up to 10% annually
