Synthetic Test Data (SYD) Specialist

Work you'll do
- Plan, design, configure, implement, and support enterprise master test data management (MDM) capabilities.
- Generate comprehensive clinical test data for specific clinical domains and workflows based on the understanding of clinical needs and prior healthcare knowledge.
- Develop test data design recommendations and solutions while executing against test data management plans and test data governance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to deliver test and non-production data for applications across the enterprise for a federal client.
- Develop a repeatable process and strategy for creation and management of test data.
- Aid in the research and optimization of health-focused data to include collaboration with practitioners of the Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) team.

Qualifications
Required:
- An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this role.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Healthcare, or another technical field.
- At least two (2) years of experience in IT systems, ideally related to Testing or Data.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
- Understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
- Understanding of continuous system integration and continuous delivery concepts.
- Experience with Test Data Management concepts like data sub-setting and synthetic data generation/masking (Persistent/Dynamic).
- Understanding of information security and compliance concepts, such as PII, PHI, HIPAA etc.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Travel up to 10%.
Preferred:
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is preferred.
