Work you'll do

  • Plan, design, configure, implement, and support enterprise master test data management (MDM) capabilities.
  • Generate comprehensive clinical test data for specific clinical domains and workflows based on the understanding of clinical needs and prior healthcare knowledge.
  • Develop test data design recommendations and solutions while executing against test data management plans and test data governance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to deliver test and non-production data for applications across the enterprise for a federal client.
  • Develop a repeatable process and strategy for creation and management of test data.
  • Aid in the research and optimization of health-focused data to include collaboration with practitioners of the Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) team.

Our Systems Engineering offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business, provide operational value, drive down the cost of quality, and enhance technology innovation.

Qualifications

Required:
  • An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this role.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Healthcare, or another technical field.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in IT systems, ideally related to Testing or Data.
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
  • Understanding of continuous system integration and continuous delivery concepts.
  • Experience with Test Data Management concepts like data sub-setting and synthetic data generation/masking (Persistent/Dynamic).
  • Understanding of information security and compliance concepts, such as PII, PHI, HIPAA etc.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Travel up to 10%.


Preferred:
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is preferred.
