What Your Day Looks Like:

The Human Resources Operations Specialist role is responsible for delivering support in functional areas of HR including recruitment, new hire onboarding, employee inquiry management, performance management and HR data items for the Americas. You will have an opportunity to interact with employees and managers at all levels of the organization – meaning you will be a major contributor to our employee’s experience!

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex employee and manager-related data and transaction issues
  • Review and execute all Workday (HRIS) inbox tasks in support of our HR business processes so that all items are accurate and meet business requirements
  • Support the Workday America’s data integrity management and identify systematic data issues for address
  • Manage organizational changes in the system, including preparing files for mass uploads, supporting mass changes and troubleshooting issues.
  • Identify issues with process configuration or system breaks and coordinate with HR system for fast resolution
  • Ensure all escalated issues are handled in a timely manner and resolution is well communicated
  • Support the onboarding and off boarding administration, including troubleshooting and review
  • Provide reporting support for compliance needs and ad hoc requests
  • Review and audit system transactions and troubleshoot transition and data issues
  • Manage workload efficiently to fulfill commitments in accordance with established service level agreements (SLA’s) utilizing the myHR Service Now application
  • Provides guidance and training on Workday HR processes and workflow
  • Support system testing and deployment of new functionality

What Stryker Is Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least one year experience in an HRIS, functional systems or relevant data entry role required
  • Experience with Workday applications or integrated HR, time & attendance and payroll systems is preferred
  • Ability to understand how business processes are enabled through technology
  • Experience providing customer service or instructional support in a remote or virtual setting preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills required to work with all levels of business leadership, business users and functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven customer service, organizational and team collaboration skills
