Majesco Product - Test Automation - Project Delivery Specialist

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• Preparation of Business Scenarios based on the new requirement for each sprint for State Farm User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This also includes updating existing scenarios based on future requirements

• Execution of those Business Scenarios on State Farm's UAT environment.

• Initiate the automation of these UAT scenarios via the State farm Automation Team.

• Regression Test Result verification of executed scripts by State Farm Automation Team.

• Verify failures and report issues. Determine if Business scenarios need to be updated based on State Farm business flow.

• Support the State Farm Automation team during the building of the scripts.

• Execute and review those Automation scripts built by Automation team using Automation tool IntelliJ Idea.

• Providing functional support for the entire State Farm Billing team.

• Support the Majesco Production Support/Requirement Team by executing Automation scripts as part of analysis.

• Simulate and analysis of production scenarios as and when needed by Majesco team. Document the findings for use in Production incident analysis

• Provide review and feedback on Majesco requirements, design and Test Cases for future sprints based on understanding of State Farm Business processes

Qualifications
Required

• Good understanding of OOP concepts and proficiency in Core Java
• Hands on experience Selenium/Web driver, Selenium Grid
• Hands on experience with BDD Framework Cucumber or Serenity, Gherkin language
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP Web Service concepts and experience with API Testing, handling of json, XML data
• Understanding of build tools like Maven/Gradle and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible etc.
• Proficiency in Test Suite and Test data management
• Strong test automation experience with experience on technology implementations
• Experience working on enterprise implementations leveraging agile and understanding of agile tools and concepts
• Experience with software implementation project(s) in requirement gathering, functional specifications, QA, user acceptance testing, or training
• Understanding of a project life cycle methodology
• Experience in applying change management concepts on a software implementation project
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to identify and automate critical user behavior
• Demonstrated Problem Solving & Decision-Making skills
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and successfully function in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Previous Insurance domain experience a plus (Life/Health/Group/P&C)
