Work you'll do/Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to tackle a wide range of complex challenges and responsibilities and gain access to the world of cutting-edge frontier in the financial services industry. Some activities you will own include:

  • 20+ years demonstrated expertise designing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise-grade financial services solutions meeting complex business requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cognitive ability especially with respect to understanding, documenting, and describing complex technical subjects
  • Experience designing public and private enterprise secure services using OPEN API standards and REST based APIs
  • Experience designing and building cloud native digital solutions from the ground-up
  • Experience w/ complex integrations with third-party vendor products/services
  • Experience in building service deployments using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Spinnaker etc.) and orchestration platform
  • Someone who has worked in or supported clients in Banking; understands the basics of industry solutions


The Team

The US Systems Engineering Offering delivers large scale software applications and integrated systems and assists its clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. The practice aims at developing service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems. It would focus on key client issues that impact the core business by delivering operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience

• Banking, FinTech, or direct financial services operations experience is a plus

• Experience with TSYS, FDR, SOA integration, API Management technologies and standards
  • 7+ years programming experience
  • Experience implementing and supporting on-premise and/or SaaS enterprise applications
  • Experience with automation and scripting
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive knowledge in designing platform architecture
  • Understanding of relational databases and ORMs
  • Agile-based project development
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD)
  • Affinity for solving problems and shipping impactful features, not polishing perfect code or architecture
  • Design, development and operations experience with highly-available, scalable, and fault tolerant systems
  • Experience profiling and troubleshooting application code
  • Travel up to 10% annually
