PRS Composition Technical Specialist
Composition Analysts perform technical input of text and rates into the policy management & print systems
- Perform analysis on all announcement forms from actuarial and product support.
- Create, update and proofread policy documents (Contracts, Coverage Summary, Booklets and Rate/Rule) in the Print systems, utilizing XICS, DCF, and Forms Management.
- Update tables in TMF for Contract processing.
- Maintain Rate and Rule manuals using Microsoft Word and rate updates for state submission.
- Create, code and update text and variable information for all policyholder documents, including but not limited to insurance contracts, Rate & Rule manuals, rate sheets, signature forms, policyholder letters, and contract modifications.
- Evaluate drafted documents for appropriate style specifications, paragraph and version numbering convention and code and format documents accordingly.
- Determine document paragraph numbers, versions, and form numbers.
- Load manuals to the intranet at scheduled times.
- Work in partnership with Product Development, State Filings, Regulatory Compliance, IT, Testing and Chubb’s print facility for accurate implementation of new and updated products.
- Assist in providing time scopes for projects.
