What you will do:

As a Corporate Communications Manager in the Office of the US CEO, you will work with C-Suite and senior leadership to develop, lead, and execute innovative, integrated communications across the organization. Specifically, you will manage multi-faceted, executive level communications initiatives, including:

  • Collaborate with the Communications Lead for the Office of the CEO to drive comprehensive CEO internal and external communications strategies and initiatives
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Executive leadership in identifying and implementing innovative and integrated marketing and communications solutions to optimize the engagement of professionals across the organization
  • Serve as liaison of the Office of the CEO for organization-wide marketing and communications initiatives, tracking day-to-day communication activities and collaboration
  • Work closely with a broad range of communications, marketing, and brand professionals across the organization, as well as in-house agency, to ensure communications initiatives are effectively amplified across the organization
  • Assist with managing external creative, marketing, and public relations agency relationships to bring deeper insights and creative approaches to marketing and communications solutions
  • Write and/or edit leadership communications, effectively capturing the voice and strategic priorities of the CEO and the Executive leadership team

Qualifications required:
  • Communications professional with a minimum of 8 to 10 years relevant experience
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism
  • Exposure to a broad range of industry and sector trends; experience in professional services and/or agency environment a plus
  • Extensive experience in corporate communications, including employee communications, change management, public relations, social media, marketing, brand positioning, leadership eminence, and risk and issues management
  • Exceptionally strong writing and editing capabilities, especially while working under tight deadlines
  • Strong project management experience; managing and completing multiple projects efficiently and effectively in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Passion for creative thinking, with a constant curiosity and drive to try new approaches
  • Proven success in developing, executing, and measuring internal and external communications strategies and communications plans in a large-scale corporate environment
  • Executive presence and track record in building relationships with senior leaders as a trusted advisor
  • Ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams in a highly matrixed organization
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and fluid priorities, gain consensus through influence, change course when warranted
  • Ability to successfully engage and lead team members, providing effective guidance, coaching and capability development, maintaining close understanding of all team activities, ensuring high quality for all activities/deliverables, and implementing course corrections when needed
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook and Word. Knowledgeable in all aspects of Microsoft Office and ancillary programs
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
