IBM Services is hiring a Project Executive with subject matter expertise in Revenue Cycle Management for large Providers in Healthcare.You will have responsibility for creating strategies and implementing plans to achieve pipeline/revenue objectives with innovative and evolving business solutions. Along with bringing thought-leadership and an understanding of the Healthcare client business challenges, you will work with practice executives, clients and IBM staff to develop, sell, and deliver solutions - especially in the area of Revenue Cycle Management for large enterprises across the US.Experience expected:+ Deep understanding for the Healthcare industry processes, systems and organizations+ Deep understanding of Revenue Cycle Management related processes+ First-hand understanding and experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Cognitive/AI solutions, Business Process Modeling and offshoring+ Understand the business performance indicators associated with Revenue Cycle Management processes including Intake/Registration, Insurance Verification, Claims Management, Billing, and Collections+ Have a successful track record selling to the 'C' suite and understand how to operate in a complex international account.+ Understand business, regulatory and accounting complexities associated with outsourcing.Responsibilities include:+ Serve as a member of the Cognitive Process Services (CPS) leadership team, contributing to business process outsourcing propositions, practice and offering development+ Understand client needs, industry trends and develop winning proposals, applying IBM's Cognitive Process Services capabilities+ Build client relationships and a business pipeline of business process outsourcing opportunities with US-based healthcare organizations+ Maintain business controls for pipeline reporting and signings/revenue forecasting+ Achieve personal signings targets in alignment with practice objectives+ Establish and manage trusted advisor client relationships+ Contribute to thought leadership and point of view materials aligned with Revenue Cycle ManagementGBS10APRequired Technical and Professional Expertise+ 7+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry processes, systems and organizations with an emphasis on BPO+ 5+ years' experience in selling BPO solutions that drive profitable revenue growth.+ 5+ years of experience with Revenue Cycle Management including automation and performance improvement+ 5+ years of successful track record in selling to the "C" suite and understanding how to operate complex accounts+ 5+ years of experience in developing and effectively communicating business cases for BPO engagements.+ Readiness to travel up to 75%Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise+ 10+ years' experience in consultative selling in Healthcare & Life Sciences and/or Human Resources/Talent+ 3+ years of experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Cognitive/AI solutions, Business Process Modeling and offshoring+ 7+ years of experience in selling BPO solutions that drive profitable revenue growthAbout Business UnitIBM Services is a team of business, strategy and technology consultants that design, build, and run foundational systems and services that is the backbone of the world's economy.
