Work you'll do

Specialist Executives contribute to the firm's growth and development by primarily focusing on:

  • Sales/Business Development: Leverage relationships to bring in new business; differentiate Deloitte on key aspects of targeted sales; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at prospective clients; grow and develop new client relationships


  • Client Management: Manage established client relationships on ongoing engagements as needed by the engagement leader. Participate or own interactions with executive clients and sponsors, as needed, but do not expect day to day engagement responsibilities


  • Practice Development & Eminence: Contribute to intellectual capital in niche area of experience; develop "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals; sit as a Board member; contribute to Deloitte learning through sharing of knowledge

The Systems Engineering offering is comprised of experienced professionals who help guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. This can include the delivery of large scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Systems Engineering offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business, provide operational value, drive down the cost of quality, and enhance technology innovation.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 15+ years of experience leading, managing, and deploying emerging technological solutions
  • 15+ years of experience l everaging relationships to bring in new business
  • 15+ years of experience growing and developing new client relationships
  • 15+ years of experience managing established client relationships
