Sales Executive - Digital Experience Management Practice

Are you a Sales Executive (SE) that has an entrepreneurial spirit, relevant Digital Management Experience, and a demonstrated sales track-record? If so, Deloitte Services LP is looking for a top-performing Sales Executive to pursue Digital Management clients.




The Team

The Sales Center of Excellence (COE) supports Deloitte's businesses in uncovering, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. Working hand-in-hand with Partners, Principals and Managing Directors, these sales executives focus their highly skilled efforts in securing relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process.

Work you'll do

The SE is responsible for selling products and services around the implementation of advanced Digital Management. The role involves:

  • Create awareness, build relationships with key executives, and develop/pursue leads
  • Working with our Ecosystem & Alliance marketing teams to drive awareness and joint marketing opportunities.
  • Infiltrate and influence decision-makers at the highest levels within accounts
  • Leverage Executive level relationships to introduce Deloitte and create and pursue selling opportunities
  • Demand management, i.e., work with the consultants and delivery groups to determine the solution details and approach
  • Teamwork, foster relationships, be extremely resourceful and develop consensus
  • Help guide our clients through the most complex technology and risk challenges.
  • Provide sales and market development support in the expansion of this strategic business.
  • Become an integral part of a fast-paced, client-centric and rapidly growing team.

Qualifications

Required
  • 5 plus year experience selling complex SaaS, Managed Services, Consulting services solutions
  • Possess a minimum of 10 years' experience managing mid-market Insurance clients (<$1B in Revenues)
  • Experience selling high end, project-based, professional consulting services, characterized by long sales cycles and both large and small dollar transactions
  • Proven track record of over achievement results over extended period of time
  • Strong account management skills including relationship building, territory management, and ability to sell to "C" suite
  • Have experience working as part of a team to collaborate with professionals to create, launch, and sell value-based solutions
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Team leader or sales management experience preferred
  • Experience in selling solutions supported by technology platforms to C level buyers
  • Understanding or specific interest in IT service management and systems management
  • Experience troubleshooting, problem solving, and simplifying complex technical issues for clients
  • Understanding of general IT concepts and processes (security, system administration, application administration, deployment)
  • Understanding of general IT infrastructure and system architecture preferred
  • Experience quickly adapting to changing environments and learning new concepts
  • Experience working both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience prioritizing tasks, working on multiple assignments, and raising concerns and questions where appropriate
  • Travel up to 25% (while 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
