Operations Finance Manager

What Will You Do?

You will be responsible for leading the operational finance team. Provide strategic direction and oversight of front-end revenue cycle work processes and outcomes, and will oversee revenue and costing policies and procedures, including revenue generation and standard costing. Working as a key member of the ADS financial team, the Operations Finance Manager will collaborate with Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) functions to ensure current business results are optimized and that propellant business strategies are well informed. Work with Accounting and FP&A to ensure the right systems solutions are in place to drive expedient, decisive decisions into daily operations. Working cross-functionally, they will ensure that ADS’ analytical environment aligns with the consolidated company’s data and financial needs.

What Do You Need?

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience, Required
  • 7 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting or related area, Required
  • Supervisory/Management experience
