Work you'll do

The FP&A Business Partner organizations provide specialized finance-related services in support of the business leaders of the firm.

  • Regular interface with the Advisory Operation Leaders supporting engagement operations and non-talent related costs
  • Facilitate Marketplace Forecasting and Plan alignment between the Offering Portfolio Leaders and Industry Leaders
  • Provide weekly projections of non-talent related costs; with keen insights on trends and future impact
  • Manage pricing targets, thresholds, engagement investments, and approvals (CP3)
  • Drive operational excellence to optimize costs and minimize interest expense
  • Collaborate with the ARM CoE for managing and recording Bad Debt Expense at period close
  • Communicate analysis and recommendations in a clear, succinct manner while demonstrating executive presence
  • Develop and coach managers

About the Team

Advisory Finance team supports a $3.4B diverse business across several Risk and Financial Advisory Offerings, as well as Managed Services, Products and Government & Public Services.

The team predominately works virtually and highly collaboratively to provide world-class strategic and financial analysis across various dimensions, including Offerings, Industries, Client Segments and Products.

We are responsible for annual planning, monthly forecasting, weekly profitability analysis, among other financial deliverables.

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related subject
  • CPA or MBA preferred

Experience Requirement
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a professional services firm
  • Demonstrated accomplishments in the following areas:
Financial Reporting and Analysis Working with Senior Leadership Problem solving skills Quality and risk management Project management Change management Business process improvement Providing thought leadership Formulating and delivering action plans for high profile strategic initiatives Developing innovative solutions to business issues
