What You Will Do

  • Develop & sustain relationships with Functional leaders and team members across the GQO network to drive collaboration and alignment on organizational objectives

  • Work in partnership with site Sourcing teams to report, explain and interrogate PPV numbers, ensuring compliance to accounting policies, accurate financial reporting of Purchase Price Variance

  • Manage the annual Cost Roll (COGS to COGS) process as it relates to Materials and Overhead Rate development, including monitoring compliance to corporate policy. Partnering with Sourcing to ensure cost roll is accurate and communication lines are strong throughout the process

  • Month end responsibilities including, but not limited to, preparation of necessary journal entries, variance analysis to Budget/Projection, and presenting results to Senior Leadership

  • Primary liaison between the site and Internal/External Audit teams. Compliance is paramount, and this role is critical in ensuring transactions are conducted in accordance with Corporate Finance Policy and impeccable audit results are sustained

  • Development of entry/Sr. Level analysts within the team

  • Involvement in and leadership of ad hoc projects as required

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree (required) in Accounting or Finance (preferred)

  • 6+ years of experience (required)

  • Strong familiarity with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements (preferred)

  • Certification (CPA, CMA, CIA) and/or Master’s degree (MBA, MSF, MSA) (preferred)

  • Prior management experience (preferred)
