Description
Military OneSource (MOS) is a DoD program providing resources and educational materials to people, along with non-medical counseling services on the phone or online 24/7/365 to help active duty, National Guard, and Reserve members and their families cope with the rigors of military life. Services include Military OneSource call center support, web presence support, IT/IA support, return to operations (RTO)/disaster continuity of services support, non-medical counseling support, health and wellness coaching support, financial counseling support, strategic outreach support, and field consultants program support. The program is a $560M, 5-year contract encompassing Time and Materials, Cost Reimbursement, and Unit Pricing.
Leidos Health Solutions, Performance & Readiness is seeking a Lead Project Financial Analyst (PFA) to support the MOS program.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Description of duties
Tracking, reporting and management of MOS program finances in the area of customer invoicing, sub-contractor tracking and reporting, travel, other direct cost spending and materials
Overall responsibility for customer invoice generation, invoice back up, sub-contractor spending and approvals as the majority of work is Unit Price. This involves invoice tracking and monitoring of call volumes, counseling sessions, validation to multiple tracking systems
Ensure compliance with the Joint and Federal travel regulations (JTR/FTR) clauses related to travel finances around customer invoicing, sub-contractor travel and reporting, travel in a detailed manner
Understanding of time and attendance accruals, tracking, reporting, invoicing Account Payables and Receivables
Working without close supervision on moderate to large projects
Completing monthly progress reports
Monitoring procurement pc
Tracking Backlogs and Equipment Loan Program
Handle additional duties as required by program needs
You will have a:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years’ experience
Proficiency in Excel, Adobe, MS Office
Working knowledge of the Project Control field with the ability to complete difficult assignments
Strong analytical ability.
Strong organizational skills needed to handle multiple task/projects and to work independently
Ability to analyze problems for root cause and implement corrective action
Ability to handle high volume of data (800+ Leidos employees, nine (9) subcontractors financial information, and high volume of travel and other direct costs) Proven capability and experience working both tandem and serial tasks, with a self-motivated and can do attitude
Preference is given to those with knowledge of:

Pay Range:
Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
