Military OneSource (MOS) is a DoD program providing resources and educational materials to people, along with non-medical counseling services on the phone or online 24/7/365 to help
active duty, National Guard, and Reserve members and their families cope with the rigors of military life. Services include Military OneSource call center support, web presence support, IT/IA support, return to operations (RTO)/disaster continuity of services support, non-medical counseling
support, health and wellness coaching support, financial counseling support, strategic outreach support, and field consultants program support. The program is a $560M, 5-year contract encompassing Time and Materials, Cost Reimbursement, and Unit Pricing. Leidos Health Solutions, Performance & Readiness is seeking a Project Financial Analyst (PFA) to support the MOS program.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Description of duties
Assist in the overall tracking, reporting and management of MOS program travel and sub-contractors including submission of travel requests to the government for approval, expense report reviews and approvals, organizing the details related to invoicing and back up
Opening and closing travel and sub-contractor charge numbers. Tracking of missing expenses and month end accruals related to travel and sub-contractors
Ensure compliance with the Joint and Federal travel regulations (JTR/FTR) clauses related to travel finances around customer invoicing, sub-contractor travel and reporting, travel in a detailed manner
Comprehend time and attendance accruals, tracking, reporting, invoicing Account Payables and Receivables
Work without close supervision on moderate to large projects
Handle additional duties as required by program needs
You will have a:
Working knowledge of the Project Control field with the ability to complete difficult assignments.
Ability to handle high volume of data (over 1500 Travel authorization requests & revisions as well as over 6000 expense reports) in a fast-paced, cyclical and demanding work environment.
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience
Proficiency in Excel, Adobe, Microsoft Office
Strong analytical ability
Strong organizational skills needed to handle multiple task/projects and to work independently
Ability to analyze problems for root cause and implement corrective action
Proven capability and experience working both tandem and serial tasks, with a self-motivated and can do attitude
Preference is given to those with knowledge of:

GAAP
Fusion and Oracle Business Intelligence
Joint and Federal Travel Regulations

Pay Range:
Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
