THE CHALLENGE:


Primary Responsibilities

• Work with new-hires on the completion of all required new hire documentation, Leidos compliance training and onboarding requirements.
• Ensure that each employee receives necessary work visa for assigned location. This includes working with Leidos approved third party vendors and the Leidos Deployment Processing Center.
• Work with the Leidos Deployment Processing Center to ensure Synchronized Pre-Deployment Operational Tracker (SPOT) Letters of Authorization (LOA) are generated for each employee deploying overseas.
• Work with the Leidos Deployment Processing Center to ensure a Common Access Card (CAC) is procured for each deploying person and CAC renewals are submitted.
• Ensure compliance with immigration law and residency requirements for government contractors entering the following commands: USCENTCOM, USAFRICOM, USPACOM and USEUCOM

• Ensure APACS country clearances are received for all employees before they deploy.
• Ensure all new-hire personnel procure a laptop and phone and company badge.
• Work with the Leidos Deployment Processing Center to coordinate employee’s processing through CONUS replacement center (CRC).
• Work with the Leidos Deployment Processing Center to coordinate all required dental and medical screening in accordance with current USCENTCOM MOD Medical requirements and track medical renewals.
• Ensure all employees are and remain compliant on all DoD and contractually required training.
• Work with the Leidos Deployment Processing Center to ensure that all deploying employees have required paperwork for the hand carry of PPE, where applicable.
• Track movements of all deployed and deploying personnel.
• Assist with procuring housing and vehicles, where necessary, and track housing and vehicle assignments, lease expirations, etc.
• Develop and maintain a new-hire document which outlines the program onboarding process, the 4-month training program, medical compliance requirements and contractual requirements for Field Service Representatives (FSR).
• Work with Program Manager on business development and Request for Proposals.
• Maintain program SharePoint site.
• All other duties as assigned.


WHAT SETS YOU APART


Typically requires high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of prior relevant experience.


YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:

10 years experience with SPOT, generating LOA’s, securing visas and deploying personal. Familiarity with immigration laws and residency requirements.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $65,000.00 - $117,500.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
