Description

Leidos is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented FedCiv IT Proposal Coordinator to support the VP of Fed Civ IT Growth. This role involves a broad range of administrative responsibilities and requires a high degree of professionalism and efficiency. Reporting to: VP, Fed Civ IT Growth

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a wide array of administrative tasks including scheduling, preparing research and correspondence, coordinating meeting logistics, preparing expense reports, and coordinating travel for the growth team.
  • Handle multiple and competing requirements with a focus on efficiency, prioritization, detail orientation, and execution.
  • Prioritize and execute special projects and complex assignments independently, demonstrating frequent independent judgment, initiative, and tact.
  • Regularly interact with senior management and executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, customers, and other external entities.
  • Maintain and update information such as RFIs, data records, and other collaboration areas.
  • This role operates in a highly visible, fast-paced environment that demands a proactive spirit, polish, and diplomacy.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, supplemented by 5 years of relevant administrative experience. Further qualifications or certifications in administrative tasks will be considered an advantage.

Desired Skills:

  • Written and verbal communication skills with sound decision-making and prioritization abilities.
  • Mastery of calendar management and the ability to coordinate complex executive meetings using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to timely project completion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Must be available for full-time, in-person support four days a week.

Work Environment: Reston, Leidos GHQ. This role is based in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment. The candidate must be capable of working within a collaborative atmosphere and handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $53,950.00 - $97,525.00
