Incentive Pay Supervisor
What Will You Do?
You will be responsible for the daily supervision of the personnel and activities of the Incentive Pay Analyst team by ensuring all processing is completed in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, including daily labor reporting for time and attendance transactions as well as job transactions for the purpose of calculating incentive pay. Assign duties and re-allocate workload as necessary. Communicate with Industrial Engineers, Human Resources, Payroll, production management and employees regarding pay issues.
What Do You Need?
- Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field or equivalent work experience, Required
- 4 years of experience of accounting, finance or related field, Required
- Prior Supervisory/Management experience required
- Experience with computerized payroll systems, Incentive pay and document management system
