Finance Analyst III
Job Summary
- Perform financial analysis on multiple work orders (Technical Instructions or TIs).
- Manage funding requirements on multiple work orders/TIs.
- Assist with charge number set up with TI managers.
- Review timecard entries of employees and vendors on a weekly basis to ensure proper and accurate charging.
- Perform random timecard audits with employees on a weekly basis (including Andros based employees).
- Calculate, monitor, and audit direct costs focusing on budgets and Estimate at Complete (EAC) – specifically tied to management at the work order level.
- Responsible to partner with varying levels of functional management and program management with regular and ad-hoc reporting, metrics and analysis.
- Plans and prepares complex studies to determine cost of business activities.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment with ability to identify and improve processes.
- Assist in the preparation of pricing budgets and budget narratives.
- Participate in audits with internal and external auditors (e.g. DCAA).
- Occasional travel to remote island with limited medical facilities.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Three or more years progressively responsible related financial experience. CPA or CMA certifications preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerBI a plus.
- Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite to include Access relational databases, Excel VLookups, pivot tables, and macros.
- Knowledge of VBA and SQL a plus.
Experience with Costpoint Time, Costpoint Expense, and/or IBM MAXIMO a plus. - Experience with Microsoft Excel required.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and passport will be required.
- This position requires the individual to be eligible to obtain a

- Must be able to travel to and/or reside in remote location with limited medical facilities.
