Job Summary

  • Perform financial analysis on multiple work orders (Technical Instructions or TIs).
  • Manage funding requirements on multiple work orders/TIs.
  • Assist with charge number set up with TI managers.
  • Review timecard entries of employees and vendors on a weekly basis to ensure proper and accurate charging.
  • Perform random timecard audits with employees on a weekly basis (including Andros based employees).
  • Calculate, monitor, and audit direct costs focusing on budgets and Estimate at Complete (EAC) – specifically tied to management at the work order level.
  • Responsible to partner with varying levels of functional management and program management with regular and ad-hoc reporting, metrics and analysis.
  • Plans and prepares complex studies to determine cost of business activities.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment with ability to identify and improve processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of pricing budgets and budget narratives.
  • Participate in audits with internal and external auditors (e.g. DCAA).
  • Occasional travel to remote island with limited medical facilities.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Three or more years progressively responsible related financial experience. CPA or CMA certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerBI a plus.
  • Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite to include Access relational databases, Excel VLookups, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Knowledge of VBA and SQL a plus.
    Experience with Costpoint Time, Costpoint Expense, and/or IBM MAXIMO a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel required.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Professional conduct in written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Planning and organizing skills to balance and prioritize work.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License and passport will be required.
  • This position requires the individual to be eligible to obtain a
  • US Government security clearance; US Citizenship is required.
  • Must be able to travel to and/or reside in remote location with limited medical facilities.
