Job Summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior TECHINT Analyst to support the DIA Office of Counterintelligence in Reston, VA. The Analyst develops, processes, and evaluates TECHINT data.

Essential Duties:

  • Assists in the identification of system / material vulnerabilities; produces prototype TECHINT exploitation and signature reports, products, and databases.
  • Applies understanding of foreign intelligence signals, electronic and cyber capabilities/ activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing Cl strategies.
  • Supports the development of associated systems which acquire TECHINT data including very low frequency and extremely low-frequency electromagnetic sources.
  • Analyzes intelligence derived from the collection, processing, analysis, and exploitation of data and information pertaining to foreign equipment and materiel .
  • Collaborates with IC, scientific and academia partners assessing ongoing and new technology developments and analytical production pertaining to TECHINT capabilities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be a U.S citizen.
  • Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) SCI clearance and be able to obtain a polygraph.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and at least 9 years of job-related experience or equivalent with at least a portion of relevant experience within the last 2 years.
  • Previous experience conducting CI investigations/inquiries and the ability to research, review, evaluate, and organize information to assist in the preparation of investigative reports.
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize, and interpret large amounts of textual and technical data.
  • Possess strong investigative writing skills, including experience in preparing CI investigative reports, summaries, and other documents as directed.
  • Have the training to conduct authorized CI investigative and/or analytical activities.
  • Possess strong oral communication skills including the ability to brief a wide range of audiences on investigative progress and outcomes.

  • Polygraph preferred.
