REMOTE (Hybrid) Business Analyst II

Amentum is currently seeking a Business Analyst II to support an IT Managed Services program in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The overall program includes a 500+ work force performing Enterprise IT support, Service Desk, and Telecommunications support across multiple facilities and locations, for classified and unclassified telecommunications and information technology (IT) systems.

**This hybrid role is eligible for telecommuting and requires on-site work as needed. Candidate must reside in Albuquerque area.**

You will be a part of a team delivering secure next generation technical information solutions for the nation's nuclear deterrence lifecycle.

As a member of the team, you will:

  • Gather, define, and refine requirements.

  • Map test coverage to requirements.

  • Assist with SDLC processes.

  • Communicate with customers.

  • Provide assistance with testing software.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s and 4 years of experience OR an Associates Degree and 7 years of experience OR High School Diploma / GED and 10 years of experience.

  • Must be able to obtain a TOP SECRET (TS) or DOE Q clearance and maintain it for the life of the contract.

  • Experience with requirements definition, including working with customers and technical teams

  • General knowledge of software testing techniques.

  • Knowledge of data analysis with Microsoft Excel.

  • Experienced with requirement-gathering and test coverage.

  • Experience with administrative tasks related to areas such as customer contracts or Software Development Lifecycle processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within government infrastructure.
