The Business Unit facing positions offer opportunities to drive better business partnering and insights, while growing your FP&A leadership and interpersonal skills. You are considered a business partner and your contributions will make a difference.+ Evaluate business trends and assess monthly business performance+ Interpret and evaluate monthly analyses, including budget variance of financial results and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to identify areas of risk and opportunities and provide recommendations.+ Identify business performance issues and present insights through reporting and presentations+ Partner with Center of Excellence to develop reports and presentations to support the business+ Research and gather financial and other information to support presentations.+ Develop Business Leader presentations+ Perform monthly performance review of business unit initiatives and identify potential opportunities for improvement.+ Identify risk and opportunity to cost and revenue forecast+ Provide decision support and guidance; lead ad-hoc presentation+ Analyze and provide recommendations in response to requests from the business in order to drive business forward+ Present and communicate to all levels of the business.What were looking for...Youll need to have:+ Must be a current participant of Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program Cohort 2-2021.+ Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.+ Four or more years of relevant work experience.+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint.Even better if you have:+ Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or four or more years of work experience.+ Master's in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.+ Experience in the technology and/or telecommunications industry.+ Strong written and communication skills.+ Experience with Google Suite.+ Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively multi-task.+ Strong strategic skills, with the proven ability to identify and assess key points, implications and recommendations.+ Knowledge of common business and cost drivers, financial statement analysis, and deep-dive analysis.+ Knowledge of Essbase, Smart View, Hyperion Planning, and Hyperion Strategic Finance.+ Experience leading large and complex team projects with minimal direct supervision.Equal Employment OpportunityWe're proud to be an equal opportunity employer - and celebrate our employees' differences, including race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, and Veteran status.
