Planner and Scheduler
Job Summary
The Service Support Centre (SSC) Planner and Scheduler is responsible for developing and monitoring work schedules, ensuring efficient and effective utilisation of program resources.
The Planner and Scheduler is also responsible for coordinating any required permits or access authorisations for required stakeholders to facilitate timely and safe access to systems and equipment.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Plan work schedules and associated activities utilising the computerised maintenance management system (CMMS), ensuring data is maintained and consistent.
- Monitor resource capacity to allow for regularly planned maintenance activities and reactive maintenance activities.
- Prepare appropriate documentation in support of scheduled maintenance activities, including access to required systems and equipment.
- Analyse data and metrics for potential efficiencies and process improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and issue weekly reports to internal stakeholders outlining planned activities.
- Carry out effective and accurate data entry by performing regular reconciliation to ensure accuracy of information.
- Prepare, develop, update and maintain all documentation relevant to planning and scheduling.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across all functional areas, effectively negotiating priorities as required.
- Ensure compliance with all site’s environmental health and safety requirements.
- Any other reasonable duties as requested.
Minimum Requirements
Certificate IV
