Job Summary

The CBP Regional Manager Sr. works under the supervision of the Program Manager and in direct coordination with the Program Management Office (PMO), the Regional Manager exercises direct oversight of contract defined responsibilities at the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Branches and Air Operational Sites (AOS) within the geographical region. The Regional Manager interacts daily with CBP Regional leadership to ensure production schedules and contract requirements are accomplished. Through the daily interaction prioritizes resources to meet mission requirements. Manages the Regional Management Office (RMO)staff and oversees quality assurance, environmental, health and safety (EHS) programs, and enforce implementation of policies, processes, and procedural controls at all locations. Ensures that performance and quality conform to contract standards and governmental agency guidelines. The Regional Manager may be assigned to a specific functional area, and job duties may vary based on assignment.


Minimum Requirements

• Must be a US citizen, possess a US Passport and be able to pass a CBP full field five (5) year background

investigation and/or a Secret clearance background investigation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum eight (8) years aircraft maintenance experience, with five (5) years supervisory experience in

Department of Defense and/or civilian operations management environment in the execution of USG

contracts.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must possess management, leadership and administrative skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate knowledgeably and effectively at senior management levels.
• Knowledge of quality control, production and supply procedures required to perform job assignment.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a large and diverse workforce.
• Skilled in operations, logistics, and resource management. Must be willing to subject themselves to random drug tests.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.


Preferred Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) license desired.
• FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) desired.
• Completion of a US. military tactical aircraft maintenance or technical school is desired.
• Previous experience working on CBP aviation programs desired.
