Guard 1 (** Part-Time - Weekends & Holidays only **)

Job Summary

The successful Guard I carries out detailed instructions and procedures primarily oriented to insure that emergencies and security violations are readily discovered, and reported to appropriate authority.

Essential Responsibilities:

• The primary duty is to observe and report security and emergency situations.
• Carries out detailed instructions and procedures primarily oriented to ensure that aircraft and company facilities are secure.
• This guard intervenes directly only in situations which require minimal action to safeguard property or persons.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:

Typical office and non-office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

Procedure Compliance - Each employee must read, understand and implement the general and specific operational, safety, quality and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures and policies pertaining to his/her job.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to work weekends & holidays only.
• Must be able to work day and/or night shift.
• Must be able meet and maintain government required certifications or clearances.
• Must be a US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.
• Must have a driver’s license.

• One to three years’ experience preferred.
• Ability to operate flight line vehicle.
