The Lead Information Technology Data Analytics –

IT Site Shared Services – Cell Therapy Manufacturing Systems supports

the successful operation of manufacturing and business functions at multi‐use sites through interaction with internal team members, peer, and higher-level customers as well as external service providers. The individual supports multiple IT projects/systems and ongoing work activities of moderate to high complexity. The individual will answer questions and resolve IT issues for site, laboratory, manufacturing, and staff.

The candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting the IT shared landscape across the site IT systems, as well as be the Cell Therapy IT Analytics effort for various local IT systems.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in pharma/biotech with specific expertise in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Manufacturing and Quality System disciplines, experience in turning raw data into information and insight, which can be used to make business decisions., and process automation.

Responsible for creating PowerPoint presentations and participating in public speaking opportunities to highlight business growth areas and relay information from past initiatives.

Prior experience in IT Architecture and Infrastructure networks.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or data statistics analysis

Experience:

  • Must have experience with Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
  • 5+ years’ experience leveraging data to drive business decision making
  • Expert in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Ability to work well with non-technical business partners.
  • Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
  • Being accountable for resolving the outage via workaround or permanent fix around Major Incident Management
  • Providing periodic major incident metrics reports

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience implementing Kanban/Scrum Process flows
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
  • Have dexterity over software platforms such as Marketing Analytics, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially regarding: Teamwork and collaboration. Client focus. Verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of Cell Therapy Facility (CTF) IT Architecture and IT Infrastructure including Networks, Servers, HMIs, Printers, Scanners, Switches, Firewall rules, Domains, etc.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, GXP, GAMP, SDLC regulations, including 21CFR part 11, and good documentation practices.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical, manufacturing and laboratory systems and equipment that support Biologics and clinical manufacturing.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated success working in a high-performing, business results-driven environment.
  • Understanding of computer system validation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prior experience on a scrum team
  • Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
  • Support the Disaster Recovery of local computerized systems and be the main POC during P1 and P2 ServiceNow tickets
  • Own and manage the IT shared landscape across the Cell Therapy site IT systems like IT

Architecture and IT Infrastructure including Network, Servers, HMIs, Printers, Scanners,

Switches, Firewall rules, Domains, etc.

  • Monitor, track and reduce ServiceNow tickets related to IT Infrastructure.
  • Manage spares and inventory for IT Infrastructure.
  • Accountable for uninterrupted 24/7 operation of manufacturing systems for CAR-T Manufacturing.
  • Strong people and team management skills (working through others, building team rapport)

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $87,000 - $110,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).

The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and the where the job is performed.

Final individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
