Work you'll do

As a Project Delivery Lead in the Technology group you will:

  • Provide client service delivery and operations execution
  • Collaborate with and manage project teams comprised of other staff to execute a portion of the project scope
  • Provide expertise on engagements related but not limited to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software Application Development and Maintenance
  • Lead one or more work streams on large engagements of moderate size and complexity
  • Lead deliverables creation, directs and reviews the work of others for quality and accuracy
  • Generate project milestones and delivery schedule

Qualifications

Required:
  • Typically has 13 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred:
  • Prior professional services or government consulting experience
  • Ability to manage engagements of greater than average size and complexity
  • Professional oral and written communication skills, and presentation skills
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to mentor and manage engagement staff and further their professional growth
