Human Capital Workstream Lead with Active Secret Clearance

Work you'll do
- Help the client stand up its new Talent Management/People Operations Center by designing and executing strategic workforce initiatives across performance management, recruiting/retention, competency model development, learning & development, and culture/engagement
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work for clients in the defense sector
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues in the areas of change management, strategic communications, learning and development, and overall HR strategy
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
- Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
- Assist in proposal development, as requested
- Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Qualifications
Required:
- Completed Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active DoD Secret clearance required
- Travel up to 50%
- Three years of relevant professional experience in human capital consulting or a related field
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Atlassian products, including JIRA and Confluence
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Local to Los Angeles, CA
- HR operations experience
