Work you'll do

  • Help the client stand up its new Talent Management/People Operations Center by designing and executing strategic workforce initiatives across performance management, recruiting/retention, competency model development, learning & development, and culture/engagement
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work for clients in the defense sector
  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues in the areas of change management, strategic communications, learning and development, and overall HR strategy
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
  • Assist in proposal development, as requested
  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Qualifications

Required:
  • Completed Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active DoD Secret clearance required
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Three years of relevant professional experience in human capital consulting or a related field

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in Atlassian products, including JIRA and Confluence
  • Advanced degree in a related field
  • Local to Los Angeles, CA
  • HR operations experience
