Work you'll do:

As a Human Capital (HC) Assets Product Manager, you will:

  • Serve as the project management consultant for 1-2 HC assets during their development
  • Maintain and administer project management and agile tracking systems
  • Provide training and support to team members needing coaching on system usage
  • Coordinate with team members across functional areas including engineering, QA, stakeholders, UI/UX to ensure timely follow up
  • Understand various project methodologies including Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban
  • Conduct project ceremonies including grooming sessions and retrospectives
  • Maintain project schedules and both current and active story backlog with stakeholders

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3 years of experience with Project Management, preferably in a product development environment
  • Experience with Agile Project Management including sprint planning
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Travel up to 50%


Preferred:

  • Experience in a product role/environment with ServiceNow, Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban
