Human Capital Assets Product Manager

Work you'll do:
As a Human Capital (HC) Assets Product Manager, you will:
- Serve as the project management consultant for 1-2 HC assets during their development
- Maintain and administer project management and agile tracking systems
- Provide training and support to team members needing coaching on system usage
- Coordinate with team members across functional areas including engineering, QA, stakeholders, UI/UX to ensure timely follow up
- Understand various project methodologies including Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban
- Conduct project ceremonies including grooming sessions and retrospectives
- Maintain project schedules and both current and active story backlog with stakeholders

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of experience with Project Management, preferably in a product development environment
- Experience with Agile Project Management including sprint planning
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Travel up to 50%
Preferred:
- Experience in a product role/environment with ServiceNow, Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban
