What Will You Do?

You will use your stellar bi-lingual skills to support the organization by driving candidate flow through various means. This position will develop and execute strategies that enable the company to meet current and anticipated staffing needs. Our Field Recruiters have their finger on the pulse of the applicant competition and will collaborate with the business to develop strategies to keep us competitive in the employment workout.

What Do You Need?

• • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years experience in recruiting, staffing, sales and/or public relations
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish, Preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude!
