What you will do

  • Inspect products or materials for damage, defects, or shortages.
  • Prepare product for Scheduled Surgeries.
  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Process orders for products in our ERP Systems and Inventory Management System.
  • Investigate customer complaints.
  • Cross Training in JR and Trauma product Lines in preparation for on call responsibilities.
  • Partner with internal resources for alternative product obtainment.
  • Set up and organize the warehouse for incoming and outgoing surgery shipments.
  • Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment, inventory for expiration dates, etc.
  • Support management in preparation for Loaner Bank Audits.
  • Review the Late Loaner Report and partner with the Expeditor and Field Customers to schedule the return to the Loaner Bank.
  • Prepare Trauma Workshops sets for Medical Education, Sales Education, Branch and Agencies courses.
  • Work with our Field Customers (Branches, Agencies) scheduling Implants and Instrumentation for Surgeries.

What you need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience required
  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed.
  • Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
