What you will do:

The Associate Manager, Sales Analytics manages the execution and strategy of business intelligence and data platforms for the business unit, and will be responsible for PowerBI report development, compensation plan analytics, our annual quota process, and territory planning. They will be a business partner to regional sales managers, sales leaders, marketing leaders, finance, human resources, and sales operations for data-driven decision making, providing insights through analytics and ensuring data integrity.

  • Will manage, develop, and support orders and sales measurement metrics and dashboards for business unit.
  • Will provide support to sales leadership and finance in the analysis and development of sales rep, sales regions, and sales area quotas.
  • Responsible for quota analysis, historical quota attainment performance, and mid-year quota maintenance in accordance with Stryker policy.
  • Will manage territory order movement and key sales and marketing performance measures.
  • Will create and provide support to sales leadership in the analysis and development of all sales territory adjustments, territory realignment, and future territory expansion.
  • In partnership with Sales Compensation team, responsible for compensation plan analytics and administration.
  • Will strategically align with the Healthcare Systems team and other cross divisional platforms to share data and create efficiencies.
  • Responsible for helping sales and marketing leadership develop, track, and manage promotions.
  • Primary owner of marketing, operations, manufacturing, and IBP analytics and data management through PowerBI.
  • Responsible for managing third party market data accuracy and alignment with internal customer data (ex: Definitive Health Care).
  • System architect in providing advanced business support, ensuring data integrity, and evolving systems to enable business strategy.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Ability to utilize data analytics and data visualizations to influence business forecasts and outcomes required.
  • Experience on utilizing Microsoft Power BI or any equivalent data reporting tools required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience with leadership teams and staff members are required.
  • Experience on analyzing data related to business strategy, financial strategy, sales territory analysis, and sales compensation preferred
  • Mentorship and coaching experience to other junior team members preferred.
