Work you'll do:

As a Financial Services Delivery Associate 4, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve complex operational, risk, compliance, and anti-money laundering ("AML") issues. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct risk reviews, transaction analysis, and perform case management

• Documenting processes & controls

• Capturing policy and procedures activities

• Performing Transaction processing

• Collect and capture risk assessment data

• Research & document findings

• Perform Project Administration

• Testing Execution

A successful candidate will have:
* Understanding of FSI business lines/products/channels and/or regulated FSI control environment and documentation
* Ability to conduct research and attention to detail
* Flexibility in terms of work hours and workdays
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* Critical thinking and professional skepticism
* Must be eligible to work in the United States for an unlimited period of time without sponsorship

Required Qualifications:
* Associate's Degree with 3+ years of work history in the Financial Services Industry OR
* Bachelor's Degree with 1+ year of work experience working in the financial services industry
* Minimum of 1 year work history on an internal audit operations team, financial intelligence unit, or compliance team.
* Mastery of MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
* Ability to clearly document decision making in a short narrative format
