SOS creates custom applications as part of a platform designed to meet compliance needs for IBM's Cloud Software as a Service offerings. SOS provides a number of standard externally available compliance tools (SIEM, Vulnerability Scanning, Identity Management, Patch and Health checking, AV, 2FA and Inventory) in an integrated portal that is developed in house. SOS also develops other solutions as needed to meet the needs of our customers.Essential Job Duties:+ Responsible for development and operations (DevOps) works on container platform+ Support and maintain farms of highly available container platform+ Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify production issues reported by monitoring systems and customers+ Develop and maintain tools used in investigating production and operational problems+ Maintain CI/CD pipeline and development tools which includes container-based application deployment+ Build automation for manual processes to pursue for operations excellence+ Provide technical support on customer request and enquiry+ Help promote and improve development and operational standards by collaborating and working alongside with global development team+ Connect and work closely with global development team for application deployment cycle and production issues related to applications+ Required to take on-call responsibilities together with global team on a 24*7 basis to keep the service up and runningRequired Technical and Professional Expertise+ Hands-on experience in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker and Container registry.
