  • Ensures timely and successful delivery of build projects & run activities as Digital Capability Manager (DCM)
  • Works with IT Business Partners to define, plan, prioritize, deliver, and support strategic digital capabilities and ensure maximum value is realized
  • Analyze and translate user requirements to functional requirements, designs & implement technical solutions to satisfy business needs & wants
  • Leading operational activities such as maintenance and break-fix releases, security assessments, regulatory risk assessments, Data Integrity (DI) assessments, incident response, request fulfillment, access management etc.
  • Support IT Change and Release management activities
  • Create / Revise governance procedures/Instructions related to the system
  • Influences vendor roadmaps to align with BMS strategy
  • Participate in SME Capacity for Impact Assessment & Implementation of Quality Change Controls, Root Cause Assessment, CAPA determination & Implementation activities impacting Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Support Internal Audits & Inspections by regulatory agencies
  • Support improvement projects & related process governance
  • Prioritization and Stakeholder Management: Understand, prioritize, and communicate IT needs among all stakeholders (Business Owners, DCMs of Integrated systems, Business Partnerships, Vendors, IT Testing & IT Quality)

Desired Experience*

  • Must have 3-5 years of related work experiences in a Life Sciences environment required, Veeva Vault experience preferred
  • Applied knowledge of GxP Regulations, Good Documentation Practices and Data Integrity requirements in Life Science industry is required
  • Strong working knowledge of Life Sciences Quality Systems business functions is required, Knowledge of FMEA, LEAN & Six Sigma principles is plus
  • Proven track record in effective cross-functional, multi-site, matrixed team environments
  • Broad technology implementation experience for complex technical solutions / Software as a service platform / Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) systems following structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes (waterfall/agile methodologies) in a regulated environment
  • Demonstrated project / application portfolio management skills the ability to drive performance, achieve results, and effectively manage relationships in a global organization
  • Experience with requirement management, business analysis and financial management
  • High degree of organization and the ability to prioritize and schedule multiple workloads
  • Ability to achieve successful consensus among differing priorities and stakeholders in both the IT and Business communities
  • BS/BA in Computer Science (or other quantitative related discipline) or equivalent experience
  • Certifications with Project Management Institute / American Society for Quality / International Institute of Business Analysis is Plus
