Work you'll do

  • Manage day-to-day asset and configuration management activities across the agency in alignment with DoD policies and regulations
  • Produce periodic status reports on audits, performance, and metrics
  • Integrate operational procedures with supporting teams including service desk, cyber network defense, data center operations, and more
  • Define and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Document, track, and maintain up-to-date inventory of all computing assets and configurations
  • Respond to data and on-demand reporting requests
  • Leverage innovative technologies to drive process maturity and automation
  • Support and integrate activities with the agency's change management procedures
  • Maintain records and report on maintenance, warranty, and license agreements pertaining to the agency's software and hardware products
  • Provide early notification and coordination with Government POCs of upcoming expirations of maintenance, warranty, or license agreements
  • Process end-of-life, defective, and damaged equipment
  • Monitor and maintain license data repository that records and tracks information pertinent to lifecycle maintenance
  • Coordinate licensing, maintenance renewals and warranty repairs with third-party vendors

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Travel up to 25%
