Learning System Administrator

What Will You Do?

The Learning System Administrator is responsible for day-to-day management of the Technical Leadership and ongoing operation of the Learning System for the company. This mission critical role will ensure continuous operation of the learning content platforms or other deployment systems to serve the learning needs of the Company’s global employee learning audience.

The Learning System Administrator will work to support the learning and performance needs of the employees as prescribed by the instructional designers, trainers, Director of Learning Strategy & Technology and other stakeholders. This position will work closely with instructional designers, instructional media developers, trainers, learning system vendor support and stakeholders.

What Do You Need?

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration, Computer/Networking or related field or equivalent work experience, Required
  • 3 years’ experience in a direct or supporting role in an HR or training organization using a learning or performance management system, Required
  • Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) standards and implementation
  • Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Captivate, audio and video and other file types/ programs used for eLearning, mobile learning, and micro learning
  • Passion for technology and desire to develop a deep understanding of all features and functions of the LMS, supporting components and potential
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within given time constraints
