What you’ll be doing...

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Planning and Governance (MPG), this Analyst role will provide operational excellence for the Marketing Activation and Creative (MAC) team. You will have the opportunity to develop your project management skills by joining a fast-paced organization that focuses on marketing strategy and creative.

The Analyst will work with the MPG Director to deliver on scheduled deliverables and ad-hoc requests. Specifically, some of the responsibilities led by this Analyst will be MAC team all-staff events/meetings, team training and development oversight, Pulse survey result analytics and recommendations for team improvement, and the management of MAC team awards (Beyond Awards and Recognizing You). You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and budget management/reconciliation for those initiatives. To ensure flawless project management you will build timelines and adhere to deadlines, while keeping the MPG Director updated on project status and potential roadblocks.

In addition to project management and operational tasks, you will use your strategic and analytical skills to develop competitive research reports and customer trend reports using existing data from internal resources or by conducting your own research.

This is a perfect opportunity to learn project management and deliver operational excellence while gaining experience in strategy and analytics.

  • Leading and/or assisting in the planning and project management for MAC and MPG team initiatives.
  • Tracking all relative deliverables and be accountable to meet deadlines.
  • Ensuring projects stay within defined budgets.
  • Conducting research and prepare reports with strategic recommendations.
  • Managing administrative ad-hoc requests as needed.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Experience in Project Management, Program Management or Marketing Operations.
  • Knowledge of Google suite (Email, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.

If you are hired into a New York work location, the compensation range for this position is between $71,000 and $131,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
