Primary Responsibilities:

• Supplier Management Systems will include: Support implementation and provide ongoing administration of the following systems and processes, as needed.

• ERP transformation project (Athena).

• Scorecards for direct material, research & indirect Suppliers.

• Tracelink, Organon’s system to log and track supplier issues and supplier change controls.

• Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Business Practices.

• Sharepoint, ETQ, and myLearning.

• Power BI Dashboards for operational metrics and performance KPIs.

• Developing and executing systems to support the implementation and ongoing administration of scorecards for direct material, research & indirect Suppliers.

• Development and implementation of appropriate metrics, data gathering and evaluation, generation of routine reports to communicate status and performance.

• Development of recommended actions to improve Supplier performance.

• Administration of Tracelink, Organon’s system to log and track supplier deviations and supplier change controls. Administration includes SDLC documentation, system enhancements, reporting and system access.

• Identifying trends and/or root cause(s) to help develop new initiatives and process improvements. This may include assisting in the preparation, coordination and delivery of Quality and/or Procurement Senior Management presentations at management conferences, training programs, Quality Council, Supplier Development & Performance Management leadership meetings.

• Serving as a primary contact for Supplier Development and Performance Management regulatory database searches, internal/external surveillance information, analysis, and communication.

• Maintaining various Supplier Development & Performance Management databases and internal Sharepoint sites.

• Serve as facilitator for the Tier 5 process.

• Leading projects for supplier quality improvements and/or supplier efficiencies using lean six sigma tools.

Education Minimum Requirement:

• BS/BA, preferred in Engineering, Science or Business.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial, business, quality, technical or manufacturing operations.

• Must have strong demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must have demonstrated personal networking and relationship building skills and the ability to work independently and with all levels of the organization.

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Power BI, POWER Apps, Power Automate, Visual Basic, Access, Visio and Project.

• Knowledge of six sigma methodologies.

• A thorough knowledge of cGMP's, technical writing skills, data management, SDLC, collection and analysis.

• A strong knowledge of and broad experience in Supplier Management and IT systems, including Regulatory Inspections.
