What you'll be doing...
In this highly visible contract management role, you'll help us respond to our business customer's needs through our contracting process. Each situation requires a tailored response to meet the unique needs of each sale. Collaborating across Finance, Legal and others, you'll get to work with some of our largest enterprise solutions customers to ensure that both of our interests are met as well as moving the contracting process along. The team will look to you to know where things stand and provide mentorship as things come up along the way.
- Handling timelines and deliverables for contracts and proposals.
- Developing pricing and getting approvals for non-standard agreements.
- Ensuring that contract and proposal processes are following internal and external guidelines.
- Collaborating across the organization for input, feedback, and approval on agreements.
- Facilitating and negotiating between internal and external partners.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we're looking for...
You believe that the purpose of a contract is to protect both parties. You work well under pressure and with tight deadlines. Others ask you to do the proofing because you always catch the typo or if anything is amiss. Speaking up about something that doesn't seem quite right comes natural to you, and you do it in a way so that people listen. You work well with different types of people and know how to flex your style to the situation.
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Willingness to travel nationwide.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- A degree.
- Led and supported contracting processes for complex technical or service deliverables.
- Experience in sales, finance, legal, and/or contract negotiations.
- Prioritized multiple projects under tight guidelines.
- Demonstrated influence and interpersonal skills with internal and external partners.
Additional Requirments:
- Experience working with the FAA prefered.
