What you'll be doing...

This opportunity is for Military personnel who are current participants of the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program or are participants of the Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program Cohort 2-2024.

Providing compliance and project management support for the Contingent Workforce Program you'll play an important role in our efforts to mitigate risk, as well as help drive proactive solutions for our organization. You'll create processes to ensure compliance with labor and tax laws as it pertains to contract labor and support various audits requirements. As the Contingent Labor Compliance lead, you'll help ensure our policies and practices are current and support education and training. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to share knowledge about the contingent workforce policies and procedures.

  • Manage risk mitigation through the creation of policies, processes, and reference documents to ensure compliance with labor law pertaining to contingent labor.
  • Preparing and providing timely information for audits and legal requests.
  • Collaborate with our Manage Service Provider and Staffing Agencies to support various legal and compliance related activities.
  • Lead various audits to support risk management for contingent labor such as third-party supplier audits, invoicing/payments, timesheets, user access roles, etc.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert for various new and emerging contingent labor laws and create reference documents to inform/educate stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver leadership presentations on relevant audit and compliance topics.

You'll need to have...

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Project/Program Management experience.
