The Position

高级经理-项目管理

Responsibilities

支持战略计划落地的项目管理: 50%

• 通过在BU内建立精细化管理体系，有效跟进战略计划落地进展，实现业务增长。包括但不限于跟进关键绩效指标状态、销售业绩、销售风险评估等。
• 推动医零互动项目顺利落地，构建团队日常跟进体系及效果评估方案，对项目落地方案不断迭代，确保项目成功执行。
• 作为项目经理，与事业部负责人和各位业务单元负责人密切合作，负责各种项目相关布达，组织定期项目跟进会议，协调与项目相关的利益相关方和资源，把控项目节奏，推动项目有效进展。
• 通过适当的KPI跟进，使BU管理团队能够评估和跟踪精细化管理的有效性。

业务数据分析: 30%

• 分析内部和外部数据，捕捉市场机会。
• 提供基于业务目标的综合解决方案。
• 根据要求准备日常项目相关数据报告。

其他职责: 20%

• 识别额外的业务增长机会，评估机会潜力，并制定可行的业务计划。

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

• 大学本科及以上学历，科学、商业、金融、市场营销或其他相关专业优先，MBA学位优先
• Prefer 5年以上制药行业销售或市场管理工作经验
• 优秀的人际交往能力和项目管理能力
• 熟练的英语口语和书面表达能力
• 具有与跨职能团队合作及项目管理的成功经验
• 敏锐的商业头脑，逻辑和战略思维能力
• 良好的沟通和表达能力
