En Eaton (Las Piedras PR) tenemos la vacante Operator / Set Up III. Este role tiene las siguientes responsabilidades:

Función Principal:

Operación y “set-up” de máquinas automáticas y complejas. Hacer interpretar y aplicar especificaciones, así como operar máquinas, inspeccionar piezas de acuerdo a dibujos y requisitos establecidos en el área.

Tareas Principales:

  • Preparar documentación 5S utilizando la guía de set up (LPA) para la limpieza y organización de las maquinas.
  • Llenar documento “first piece” para verificación de calidad.
  • Documentar número de clico y cavidades al comienzo del turno.
  • Ajustar componentes mecánicos, hidráulicas y neumáticos para ayudar al funcionamiento de la maquinaria.
  • Mantener la documentación necesaria de acuerdo a los sistemas de calidad en cumplimiento con ISO 9001.
  • Operar máquinas automáticas y complejas.
  • Hacer “seteos” en maquinaria o equipo complejo de acuerdo a los procedimientos de manufactura.
  • Darle mantenimiento preventivo a la maquinaria y herramientas cuando sea necesario, de acuerdo a lo establecido en la herramienta de “Lean TPM”.
  • Observar la operación y asegurar que los procesos cumplan con las especificaciones.
  • Identificar deficiencias y necesidades de reparación o mantenimiento y gestionar las mismas, por medio del sistema establecido Facility works
  • Hacer ajustes menores que sean necesarios.
  • Verificar y realizar mantenimiento preventivo de operador (OPM).
  • Monitorear parámetros de productos.
  • Sentido de urgencia.
  • Utilizar procedimiento LOTO para limpieza de máquinas.
  • Notificar al coordinar sobre piezas rotas mientras está en función la maquinaria.
  • Mantener récords de inspección requeridos en la operación.
  • Documentar y reportar informes de producción y “scrap” (diario o según aplique).
  • Servir de enlace con el “Toolroom” y Mantenimiento para resolver problemas.
  • Hacer reportes de “Downtime” y “ Overall Equipment Effectiveness” (OEE).
  • Realizar otras tareas relacionadas al puesto.

Qualifications

Requisitos:

Educación: Grado Técnico en mecánica, tornería, electromecánica.

Experiencia: Mínimo dos (2) años de experiencia mínima en trabajos relacionados (set-up) de equipos de manufactura, neumática y mecánica.
