Job Summary

The Defense Group at Leidos currently has an opening for an Air Force SIGINT Analysis and Production (A&P) Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Fort Meade, MD. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission.

The Air Force SIGINT A&P SME will serve as an experienced intelligence specialist capable of providing support and expertise to the AF cryptologic enterprise by leveraging approved reporting tools and advising units on NSA and AF cryptologic reporting standards.

Primary Responsibilities

The Air Force SIGINT A&P SME will be responsible to the Directorate of Operations for executing A&P requirements and communicating between AF and NSA stakeholders to ensure the compliance and health of the AF A&P program. Candidates will work with 16 AF and subordinate ISR Wings to maintain the health of reporting programs, including a robust quality control and feedback program. In addition, this candidate will represent 16 AF across a variety of functional area organizations to establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with ACC directorates, USAF Special Program Offices, Headquarters of the Air Force, the Secretary of Defense, Services, combat support agencies, other combatant commands, the Intelligence Community, interagency, academia, and industry.

Basic/Required Qualifications

• TS/SCI cleared with Polygraph
• BA degree and 20+ years of relevant experience OR a Masters degree 15+ years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 12+ years’ experience working in the SIGINT community
• Experience drafting, releasing, and quality assurance of reports within the SIGINT community
• 10 years’ experience in exploiting and reporting data from ISR sensors and platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of and currency in NSA Reporting Course
• Completion of and currency in NSA Reporting Releaser Course
