GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Works under PTL in assigned assembly department to assist with build and shipping documentation distribution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Adheres to quality standards and follows guidelines to meet product specifications.
2. Communicates with planners to ensure orders get to lines efficiently and effectively.
3. Prints and administers all shipping, packaging, and id labels, cover sheets, and international shipping documents needed to ship product to perspective lines.
4. Prints and distributes all DHRs for builds to assigned lines.
5. Assists with other administrative tasks for MPLs when available time which may include but is not limited to: NCR scrap entry and printing controlled documents for lines.
6. Assists with assembly production when needed.
7. Communicates with MPLs and assemblers daily.
8. Assigns and inputs serial numbers for products into JDE for each line.
9. Orders printer and label supplies when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Demonstrates leadership characters and capabilities
• Excellent organization, planning, communication, and performance attainment in a manufacturing or logistics environment
• General knowledge of Microsoft programs and JDE recommended
• High attention to detail and good quality history
• Willing to work on own
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
