Primary Duties and Responsibilities

■ Perform duties of Lead Image Edit Specialist, Image Edit Specialist, and Associate

Edit Specialist.

■ Evaluate and distribute edit specs prior to production start-up.

■ Preserve document control by ensuring the latest version of specs, work instructions

, and job aids are available and stored in the appropriate locations.

■ Complete Production Sample Verification (PSV) and Test Decks with the assistance

of Leads.

■ Help develop and maintain appropriate documentation at the task and project level.

■ Utilize tools in ICE to create help text and setup seasonal and full-time

qualifications in the system.

■ Track and provide feedback on rates, errors, and attendance for

full-time and seasonal staff.

■ Required to review timesheets prior to submission, and document successful

completion of training for full-time and seasonal staff.

■ Follow production priorities and assign tasks to meet production schedules.

■ Required to compile data and reports for pre and post-project reviews.

■ Required to perform Operation Representative duties as needed and for

professional development

Qualifications

Education, Knowledge, and Experience

■ High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

■ Must be able to support production goals by working overtime as needed.

■ PC and typing/key entry experience strongly desired.

■ Experience in Image Editing preferred.

■ Significant knowledge/expertise of Operations

■ Experience training others on production tasks strongly desired.

■ Knowledge of the interactions of all front-end operational departments desired.

■ Experience using Oracle, other software packages

This position will be directly working in our Pearson Iowa office
