1st Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm M-F - $26.15/hr

Production Tech III position on 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm.

The Production Tech III is responsible for performing production activities as assigned in Final Processing.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Able to independently run automated clean line including startups and shut downs and daily chemical tests.
  • Issuing materials/components to manufacturing WOs
  • Prepare and complete sterile shipment and all necessary paperwork. (MSR, sterile shipment verification form, product control form, and exception report)
  • All packaging operations (pouch, blister, label, carton, shrinkwrap, autobag, vision systems)
  • Knowledge of opening work orders preferred (regular WOs and RWK, RPK, RBX orders)
  • Create labels via controlled source computer software and label printers.
  • Performs PMs (Preventative Maintenance) on department equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of and ability to operate at least 4 of the following: laser marking machine, vapor degreaser, magnetic finishers, Vibratory machine, spray wash, and miele washer.
