Experience/Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field such as business, finance, business project management, life sciences.

  • Advanced Business Degree (e.g., MBA or Similar) is highly desirable.

  • 5 to 8 years of biopharmaceutical and/or quality experience in R&D and/or commercial manufacturing environments preferred. • Certification in Project Management or Operational Excellence preferred.

Major Duties:

  • Consolidate and monitor the GMQ budget to support GQ and GMQ Site budget processes.

  • Manage and track GMQ annual objectives to ensure that the organization is prioritizing adequately, delivering on objectives and is appropriately resourced.

  • Support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of an integrated GMQ Governance Model and Forum, aligned with Global and Local partner Functions/Forums (e.g., HQ PMO and Operational Excellence Functions), for endorsement, Inform, and escalation of chartered network, enterprise system, product pipeline, business continuity, CI, global and local projects.

  • Responsible for operationalizing key GMQ Strategic Priorities/Objectives.

  • Ensures GMQ Strategy and Business Operations has the required network interconnectivities and interdependence with the GMQ Support function(s) to ensure alignment with the GQ vision.

  • Supports the development of “fit-for-purpose” business processes, systems, and tools for the GMQ organization.

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain knowledge-sharing and communication platforms to enable cross-functional ways of working, within GMQ and across the GQ network.

  • Maintain efficient, routine GMQ meetings/forums and facilitate, as required. d. Responsible for communications across GQ and GMQ to ensure consistency in messaging (e.g., voice surveys, return to work, reinforcement of HR messaging on objectives, development plans and performance).

  • Creates global, Single Points of Contact (SPOC) for initiatives, activities, and sister organizations (e.g., Operations, MST, Procurement, SBO).

  • Actively interfaces with “End-to-End” GQ organization (e.g., GMQ, Global Quality Systems.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Proven abilities to develop Power Point presentations, Excel spreadsheets to manage budget and resources, and the use of project management tools.

  • Demonstrated innovation, flexibility, and resiliency to meet objectives in a rapidly changing environment with shifting priorities.

  • Demonstrated influential leadership expertise and experience with senior level interactions to achieve objectives and effectively communicate challenging goals and objectives.

  • Ability to influence and coach those not in a direct reporting structure.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organization with a range of technically, culturally, and geographically diverse teams in both a local and remote environment.

  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate with employees and management at all levels and through various formats (e.g., presentations, written proposals, reports, correspondence, lead meetings, face-to-face dialogue, etc.).

  • Able to self-direct and self-prioritize.

  • Action oriented and has a proven track record of delivering results.
